- HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Leave of Absence Administration: provided beginning to end leave of absence administration and be the liaison between employee and leader with any LOA updates.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee the selection process.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Streamline process administration and ensure a positive employee experience from hire to retire.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
- Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
- HR experience in a manufacturing industry is required
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment which requires multitasking
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
