As a key leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals through the development and implementation of innovative psychosocial rehabilitation programs.   • Program Development and Oversight: Design, implement, and oversee psychosocial rehabilitation programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct assessments and work with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on psychosocial rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.).
  • Must hold a MS DMH credential (CSS credential).
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in mental health services.
  • Commitment to promoting mental health and well-being in the community.
