At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!THE ROLEThe Workday Data Quality Assurance Coordinator is tasked with maintaining the integrity of Live Nation’s data. They will regularly sweep and clean data sets and objects using auditing tools and systems. They will spot and correct issues on their own and provide resolutions for data issues raised by partner teams. The ideal candidate loves, and excels at, “Find the differences” photo challenges. They love creating organizational systems and trackers in both their personal and professional lives. This role reports into our HR Technology team with a dotted line to our Workday Support team.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Run regular audits of Workday data using audit reports to capture and correct discrepancies.
- Correct transactions as requested by business partners and Workday Technology team. This may include transaction issues raised via automated audits.
- Manage mass data loads (EIBs). This includes auditing data provided by partner teams for accuracy as well as resolving any data issues before performing the load.
- Create audit procedure documentation to ensure strong and repeatable audit processes.
- Coordinate with the Workday Support team to review repeated correction requests and determine if an audit process could reduce the request load.
- Provide worksheets to partner teams for input and review.
- Regularly sweep through Workday data to ensure accuracy in reporting and analytics.
- Assist with QA testing as and when required.
- Other projects as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills (not just VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Workday or other HRIS support experience
- Background in Human Resources preferred
- An eagle-eye for details and discrepancies
- Asks thoughtful questions and keeps meticulous notes
- Able to work autonomously when needed
