- Help auto group exceed profitability goals by tracking progress to monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Accurately record data on existing and potential customers in the CRM system to support sales efforts
- Direct day-to-day showroom operations to establish a positive environment for customers and employees, alike
- Mandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent - highly qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have a strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting vehicle sales and the automotive industry, as a whole
- Must have strong leadership, organizational, financial, sales management, computer, and communications skills
