Hope, by providing options for continued improvement when they leave this environment.The Dietary / Food Services Supervisor maintains a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests while providing guidance to associate team members and assisting the Dietary Manager with the administrative functions of the department.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for the supervision of dietary personnel
Maintains effective communication with key management and physicians
Involved in planning projected operating and capital expenses; Responsible for maintaining and quality control of all dietary food, supplies and equipment

Education/Experience: Two years’ experience in a hospital or institutional kitchen
Hours of Work: Determined by the Dietary Manager according to the needs of the facility / as needed
