Job Description:The Corporate & Investment Bank is a global leader across investment banking, wholesale payments, markets and securities services. This role is with the Digital Document Services group, to support a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and provide training to impacted team members and stakeholders.Main Responsibilities

Design, develop, and automate manual reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Optimize and maintain existing reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in data analytics, with a focus on automating manual reporting processes a plus.
Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or Python.
Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
