We're currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Music Marketing Manager to join our team. Role: The Music Marketing Manager will be a key player in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across social media platforms, DSPs, and PR channels. This role involves promotional planning, execution, and direct engagement with artists and labels to address their day-to-day inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital music landscape, exhibit creative prowess, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies on social media platforms, DSPs, and through PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the artists' and labels' objectives. Liaise with artists, labels, and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and to support their needs effectively. Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to drive decisions and optimize future marketing strategies. Stay abreast of trends in digital music marketing, social media, and technology to incorporate innovative approaches into campaigns. Manage artist and label queries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in the music or entertainment industry. Strong understanding of DSPs, social media platforms, and PR strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the music industry. Desirable Skills: Experience with digital analytics tools and ability to interpret data. Existing relationships with DSPs and knowledge of music distribution processes. Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools.
