The employee is responsible for following established policies and procedures. The employee must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills to perform job duties.Job DutiesComplies with the standard of employee conduct and hospital safety standards. The basic job duties an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation include:1. Monitoring recurring, scheduled system activities2. Building, distributing and analyzing system reports3. Aid in lesson plan creation and act as the lead trainer4. Supporting strategic department initiatives5. Assist in maintaining and monitoring interfaces with other Deaconess systems6. Assist with GHX onboarding and EDI table compliance7. Respond and fulfill ticket requests.8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete month-end, mid-year and yearly goals.9. Act as a system procedure lead for mid-year and year-end inventory.10. Support the supervisors, buyers, VAPCs, and floor captains in troubleshooting system errors and workflow barriers.11. Work with System Admins to complete system builds and upgrade procedures12. Participate in all projects and departmental functions that require system support.JOB Requirements & QUALIFICATIONSQualifications to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
