- Oversee and drive the funded projects grant process.
- Manage the administrative responsibilities to ensure that contract requirements are being followed.
- Review contracts to determine required state and federal rules and requirements regarding the type of funds granted. Send letters and respond to questions.
- Host project meetings to determine status of projects and schedules.
- Coordinate and review scopes of work, statement of work, schedules and budget with Funded Projects Team.
- Coordinate the application process and provide information needed to compile applications.
- Ensure that applications are completed in a timely manner.
- Participate and assist with presentations as needed.
- Participate and assist with the preparations of NEPA documents.
- Provide documentation, estimates and plans to funding agencies.
- Review and comment on procurement process of materials and contractors.
- Prepare reports, renewal and registration to government databases.
- Review the analysis of spend and budget monthly with the FP Team.
- Execute the closeout process to determine that all applicable administrative actions required under the award have been completed.
- Review audit packages prepared by the Funded Projects Manager for each project.
