- Oversees accurate and timely end-to-end processing of bi-weekly domestic and monthly global payroll processing and record keeping.
- Prepares pre and post processing payroll and timekeeping reports and distributes to stakeholders for reconciliation and approval.
- Audit/reconcile time and attendance data organization-wide.
- Assists with identifying payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and responding to inquiries via email or phone.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in providing solutions for the client to help control costs while continuing to offer competitive options.
- Assist in training new employees and help to develop and maintain team processes.
- Plan and Execute Day-to-day administration of enrollment and eligibility for new hires, qualified life events and separations.
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing data around ACA.
- Expertise explaining employee benefits by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests.
- Develops, conducts, and participates in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans, administrative practices and legislated requirements and programs.

- Salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 salary

- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or other related field.
- Requires 5+ years of relevant Payroll and/or Benefits experience.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to payroll procedures and health and welfare benefit programs.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
- ADP Workforce Now Payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Payroll credential is a plus
