Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the front office and ensure exceptional guest experiences Supervise and manage front desk staff, including receptionists and concierge team Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline front office operations Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure efficient processes Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless guest services Train and mentor front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards Prepare and analyze reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures Manage shift and assign work to team. Closely work with CRM and Sales. Handling customer complaints and special requests. Handle the Theatre vendor. Study the existing statutory licenses for movies and other licenses required for Front Office Club. Do call for operation head or Associate Manager Operation while the members is present at reception & making any adverse comments Receiving feedback then update in excel sheet and send mail to concern department & get it signed by operation Head & General Manager. Monitor team s work and resolve issues. Library books issue and return. Check and update SFDC Leads. Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as need. Supporting, training and Supervising front office staff. Supervising staff and all front office activities including bookings, appointments , phone calls and emails. Taking events reservations over the phone. Invoice generating on daily basis. Doing Showrond of the property for existing members / Guests. Generating reports and feedbacks for presentation to the general manager, Operation Head and Associate Manager Operation. Enforcing all cash-handling, checking and credit procedures. Update the reciprocal affiliated membership Clubs in India & Abroad and take charge of all documents regarding affiliation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
