- Assisting with payroll processing
- Assisting with managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with HR and IT needs as needed
- Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office
- 0-5 years of previous administrative or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Bi-lingual English-Spanish
