OverviewGroup Fitness InstructorThe YMCA of Northern Colorado has openings for energetic Group Exercise Instructors at our Lafayette YMCA. If you build community wherever you go and have a knack for inspiring, motivating and encouraging others to keep moving - you will fit in well with our talented and diverse team of health and wellness pros.As a YMCA instructor you'll provide excellent service to members in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.Salary range is $22-38/hour based on experience and availability. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.The YMCA was founded as the Young Men's Christian Association in 1844.   • CPR, First Aid, AED, national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM) in group fitness instruction
  • At least one year of experience teaching group exercise classes preferred
