Stock Reconciliations are to be performed daily.Submit weekly the credit control reportEnsure that all controls for stock and cash management are in place always and safe guarded at all times.Monitor and Manage overtime on a monthly basisReport consolidated results of the depot and any exceptions thereto monthly together with the corrective action plans to ensure accurate reporting of the depot’s activities and resultsReporting: Submit timely all the reports listed on the reporting deadline scheduleMonitor and report on any other activities and provide relevant information to managementKPI’s – expenditure, SAP exceptions, audit reports (Maestro/ MaestroLOG and Admin etc.), HSEQ stats, transport KPI, stock loss reports, IntegrityReport consolidated results of the depot and any exceptions thereto monthly together with the corrective action plans to ensure accurate reporting of the depot’s activities and resultsManagement:Manage, motivate, train and develop staff according to company policies and ensure that HR procedures are followed.Liaise with other depot managers and departments so as to understand all necessary aspects of the depot and company.Liaise with external agencies and authorities as and when necessary (contractors, health and safety inspectors, fire department, police, etc.)Attend meetings with staff, customers and relevant stakeholders to inform, negotiate and obtain information for sustainable relationships.Manage the depot employees through continuous people management, staff development and coaching / mentoring to ensure a positive working environment that will attract and retain skilled manpower and increase productivityGovernanceTo ensure effective risk management and internal control, including asset management, for area of responsibilityLegalComply to OHS-ACT 1 (Appoint 8.1) legal compliance to national, environmental and local laws c) appointment and monitoring of Health and Safety Committees (including: Safety Officer, Fire Team and First Aid)Manage the Optimising of Totalgaz use of Depot assets and ensure compliance to Liquid Licence requirements.
