- works with P&C managers, to develop OCs learning and development strategy and plans to close key gaps for their area.
- Coordinates the work of the learning points of contact in the North Europe Africa scope in the following areas: planning and delivering training sessions, contributing to the learning change culture, monitoring learning plans and learning hours progress.
- For T.EN France legal entity,
- works with managers, leaders and HRBPs to develop OCs learning and development strategy and implement learning plans.
- leads learning and development personnel in T.EN France, planning work and monitoring performance.
- leads the learning and development service provider for T.EN France.
- Collaborates internally and externally to lead the design and implementation of learning programs / interventions, including the definition and delivery of learning plans to support major Projects.
- Ensures learning plans are defined within the boundaries of the Global Learning Roadmap and global programs from T.EN University.
- Leads change management and promote learning programs
- Altogether with the indirect purchasing teams, negotiates and manages third-party contracts for the delivery of learning and training services. Establishes standards and metrics to track delivery.
- Develops and monitors training budgets, systems and processes to effectively manage and monitor learning activity. Monitors the use of the LMS by the local learning and development teams.
- Ensures learning services are compliant with local and global regulations and standards.
- Lead representative for Learning at internal and external quality audits.
- Ensures that development and deployment processes are in line with our ESG strategy and provide fair access of opportunity for all.
- Master's degree or equivalent level accreditation OR demonstrable working experience at a similar level in Learning or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning or closely associated discipline, in France and on an international scale.
- Demonstrable stakeholder relationship management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to influence and develop the organization's learning culture.
- Strong planner and change manager.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills (listen, analyze and influence people).
