- Manage the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
- Arrange meetings and schedule appointments.
- Assist with agendas/travel arrangements/appointments of the CEO upon her request.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents, uploading documents on server.
- Track stocks of office and kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs.
- Visit authorities for payments, if needed.
- Preparing Presentations based on Materials provided.
- Social Media skills considered an advantage.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Any academic background relating to Secretarial Studies or Business Administration will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a relevant administrative role is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office software.
- Fluency in Russian and English is essential; any knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
