Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for Architect, Design & Development of technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Reviews systems under development and related documentation. Creates prototypes, codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software applications. Develops applications applying all applicable development Garrett standards. Should be able to build a strong relationship with the relevant Business partners, Business and development team. Key Roles And Responsibilities Understand Business requirements and how they translate into application features. Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications. Design creative prototypes according to specifications Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines. Mentor & guide the technical team in accomplishing the application development as per timeline. Assure IT solutions deployed in the business remain security compliant and are continuously improved to drive better business results. Should be able to identify business problems and recommend right solutions. Should be able to get the solutions implemented working with internal team and vendors on time and with good quality. Support, update, repair, modify and develop existing software and generic applications. Education/ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology / Computer science / Electronics stream or Master of Computer applications. Experience 10+ years of relevant IT and application development and maintenance experience using .NET & front-end technologies. Demonstrated experience in progressively more challenging and responsible roles working with global teams. Key Skills And Knowledge Experience in architect, design, develop and support applications with below skills, Programming Technologies - .NET (framework & Core), ASP.NET MVC, Angular & Typescript. Database - Microsoft SQL Server (Entity Framework & ADO.NET), No-SQL Databases. Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud service provider. Agile development methodology concepts & experience in Scrum Framework. Demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills to work in dynamic & global environment. Basic Devops Skills for CI & CD Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Judgment & Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
