What you'll do: Staff TPM with 14+ years of experience in technology and program management to drive and execute complex technical programs, driving the roadmap, architecture to make it a success with rollout across clubs/FC/DC whatever applicable. TPM will be responsible building the roadmap/timeline for the program. Program Planning & Development: Requires knowledge of: Program management techniques, tools, and frameworks; Benefits analysis; Program planning tools and techniques; Communication tools and processes. To define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for managing multiple medium- to high-complexity programs within an assigned area of work, in alignment with overall strategic objectives and shifting priorities.
