- Achieve revenue, margin and contribution targets for your territory
- Achieve monthly key metrics for your territory including (but not limited to) distribution / NPD and instore visibility metrics
- Build campaigns and promotions with key territory based MSO customers, aligning our internal campaigns with key customer groups.
- Canvas new business opportunities of scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of all work including Sales Leadership team, Marketing and LOGS.
- Drive brand & culture consistency across all touch points.
- Analysis of results and insights to improve overall strategy for your territory/region
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Always challenge the status quo & innovate
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or like field desirable
- Current AU drivers' license
- 4 years' experience in FMCG business development
- Track record in developing, pitching and WINNING new business
- Strong leadership skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to partner with stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen
- High levels of resilience, professionalism and work ethic
- Approachable, energetic and flexible in approach
