Role accountabilities: Proactively engages with Key Business Users to receive feedback, gauge satisfaction with Reporting and ETL services, and address issues or concerns. Collaborates with DII BI Manager to gather requirements and prioritize data transformation projects. Collaborates with DII Team to deliver efficient and well-run processes Supports the business troubleshooting report discrepancies, query optimizations, building Oracle BI Publisher extracts for regional projects. Coordinates and maintains Oracle ETL performance and stability. Maintaining application updates, patches and security updates on the reporting and ETL application layers. Coordinating major change initiatives, coordinating with KBU's on major change initiatives involved reporting and ETL's. Establish tools and metrics to identify areas for improvements, performance variances and change impact assessments. Coordinate with release manager the schedule of release activities across environments, teams, and vendors, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize risk of business disruption. Manages incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to deliver high end-user satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience developing enterprise applications and extensions, at least 2 of which with Oracle analytics and transformation services. Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing Cloud application services in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment. Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
