Executive Assistant – Real Estate DeveloperRapidly growing Real Estate Developer is seeking an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to the Owners.Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
  • Collaborate closely with owner to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities, property acquisitions, and asset management strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the performance and profitability of the real estate portfolio.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market data, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Analyze complex issues, gather relevant information, and propose solutions to address challenges or opportunities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the owner's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, household management as needed.
  • Manage certain personal and household errands as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and databases related to real estate assets and transactions.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and business partners.
  • Facilitate communication between the owner and various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective exchange of information.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, routing them to the appropriate individuals for response or action.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Project Coordination and Execution:
  • Collaborate with team to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
  • Leadership and Teamwork:
  • Lead by example through actions that reflect the company's values and goals.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of executive level administrative experience within the real estate industry
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who can anticipate the needs of the owner and make informed decisions to facilitate the successful operation of the portfolio.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
