POSITION: NATIONAL ACCOUNT OPERATIONS ANALYSTCAREER OVERVIEW:
Seeking experienced individual with Sales, Operations, and/or National Account experience. Requirements are: highly motivated individual, self-starter, team player, excellent communicator, passionate about advancing their career both personally and professionally.Skills required:
- Exceptional interpersonal & listening
- Key relationship builder with dynamic personality
- Proficiency/Master of Microsoft Excel along with critical thinking ability on data interpretation
- Preferred 3+ years of related Home Depot or National Account experience/knowledge
- Proven track record of success in previous or current positions
- Manage strategic Sales data across all channels, analysis to include:
- Forecasting & Point of Sales data tools
- Analyze sales statistics on a macro and micro regional basis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage import & Domestic Molding program:
- On hand inventory analysis; Sales trends; Forecast to ensure no stock outs
- Manage sample programs.
- Tracking sales returns as a % of sales with goal to reduce
- Forecasting future trends
- Project Management assist in coordination of sales launches of new products, programs and in store Special Order and Stock Program launches.
- Interfaces with various inter-company departments to measure programs and their success.
- Performs other business-related duties as required.
- Key involvement in merchant and Product Line Review presentations
- Excel proficiency required
- Pivot tables, v-lookups, Index forecasting models
- Ability to interpret data and convey into a useable format
- Powerpoint proficiency
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
- Experienced traveler / Ability to manage Transportation & Expenses
- Ability to work in a Home Office Environment
- Familiarity with National Account systems & processes
