- Over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Developer focusing on microservices architecture, preferably with Golang.
- Proficient in Golang (2+ years) and knowledgeable in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or other languages.
- Skilled in writing secure web applications and ensuring information security for APIs and databases.
- Proficient with code versioning tools like Git.
- Experienced in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB).
- Capable of developing and integrating backend solutions for mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of extensive management systems' complexities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high code quality standards, conduct refactoring, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and rapid learning curve in understanding complex business logic and technical architectures.
- Shows leadership potential and willingness to transition into Lead Developer or Tech Lead role.
