This is a part-time role for a strong proactive Executive Assistant with administrative, secretarial and communication support experience. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-driven, pro-active and organised member of a team, providing executive administrative, secretarial and communication support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.What you'll need
The successful candidate will ideally have a combination of the following skills and qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience
· MS Office 365
· Managing calendars and appointments
· Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
· Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
· Expert level written and verbal communication skills
· Previous experience supporting C-level Executives is desirableWhat we offer
