- Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for providing services and solutions to our clients for their commercial lines insurance needs. He/she will handle the full cycle of service and support for clients, from the initial onboarding process all the way through to policy renewal.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities to meet their needs and objectives
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients
- Review insurance policies to ensure coverage is adequate for client needs
- Conduct market research and analysis for product lines
- Provide consultative services to clients to help them understand their coverage and develop strategies to reduce risk
- Maintain account records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
- Property & Casualty license required
- Familiarity with specialties in Construction, CISR, Retail, Manufacturing, Property Management, and Trade Business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Salary: $50k - $70k
