This role will oversee the switch to a digital ecosystem that helps the company work smarter and serve our direct and indirect customers even better than today.The position is based in Helsinki, Finland.Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of streams, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Bring strong knowledge on digitalization, process excellence, customer excellence and service design to the program organisation
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales offices, central teams and external customers across the company
Track and report on the progress as per governance of the digital transformation to senior mgmt
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects
Coordinate and drive the deployment of the new developed solutions in the markets
Support the end users on the solution and process matters ensuring the link with system solution owners
Follow up closely the development budget vs. spent & accrual on a monthly basis.

What you'll need to succeed

Master or Bachelor degree in business administration/mechanical engineering/industrial management/computer science/information technology or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in consultancy or in-house roles, preferably experiences in services and/or machinery
Experience in IT landscape: ERP/Operating model transformation, Digital transformation, Technology commercialization
Proven experience in leading and delivering a complex transition initiative of a multimillion investment and more than 50 FTE involved
Project management skills within IT context
Workshop facilitating skills
Process oriented and with strong attention to detail.
