- Use diverse professional experience and broad knowledge of both business and technology to analyze and develop integrated solutions to resolve technical or business issues.
- Actively participate and interact with clients to understand business needs, identify the best solution, and architect the processes to meet the needs.
- Conduct facilitated sessions with clients to define detailed business requirements, identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.
- Partner with business architects to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
- Analyze and design new business processes around requirements definition, information gathering, and consistent documentation methodologies.
- Translate prioritized functional requirements and use cases to designers, develop test plans and system conceptual designs ensuring a clear and concise understanding of requirements
- Work on multiple client engagements simultaneously with associated team members.
- Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Continue to build on technical and business knowledge. Seek out innovations in process improvement, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution.
- Mentor junior level Analysts in business requirements gathering methodologies and documentation best practices.
- On-call support may be required depending on client needs.
- Travel as necessary.
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, IT or role with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially on Automation studio, Journey Builder and SQL.
- Completion of one Marketing Cloud Certification.
- Knowledge of HTML and SQL is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of online marketing or client-facing experience.
- Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems.
- Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively present, explain and negotiate concepts, problems and solutions clearly to multiple audiences.
- Takes initiative, is proactive, anticipates and completes project assignments in a comprehensive manner while still remembering the details.
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insight.
- Able to mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.
