No subcontractors will be considered.Duties Required to PerformCommunicate with Manager to understand scope of each project in advancePick up paint and supplies from paint store as requiredCommunicate on-site with owner to ensure satisfactionConducts hands on painting as part of overall project teamTrack painter daily hours and report to the GMEnsures all systems are being followed by teamEnsure job site is left neat. Vacuum up all drywall dust and paint chips.Conduct “wet walkthrough” and then followed by walkthrough with project manager or in their absence with client prior to completion of jobEnsures deficiencies corrected on siteEnsures that the project is completed on time as scheduledWhen time permits drop off door stickers to neighboring homesPresent invoice and collect payment from customer in absence of Project managerSubmit payment and return all necessary paperwork after job completion
