Principal Scientist

• Design, conduct, and manage in vitro and in vivo experiments to evaluate the ADME and PK profiles, as well as toxicokinetics of drug candidates.
• Collaborate with contract research organizations to ensure successful execution of experiments.
• Analyse, interpret, and model DMPK and PK/PD data, contributing to scientific publications and regulatory submissions.
• Present research findings at internal and external scientific meetings and conferences.

• Ph.D. in pharmaceutics or a related scientific discipline with substantial experience in bioanalysis and pharmacokinetics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ADME, PK/PD, and bioanalytical development for small molecules or peptide therapeutics.
• Proficiency in LC-MS/MS based bioanalytical techniques and experience with in vitro metabolism and drug-drug interaction assays.
• Hands-on experience in NCA, compartmental PK, and PK/PD analysis in Phoenix WNL is a plus.
• Proven ability to contribute to patents, reports, and scientific publications.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
