- Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner
- Keep fuel products in stock and set to planogram
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free Fuel Area at all times
- Sweep and clean, as necessary
- Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary
- Perform and ensure proper techniques for cash handling, timekeeping, and all other procedures are met
- Ensure all displays are to standard and signage is correct
- Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures
- Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings
- Train new Team Members, as needed
- Assigns tasks to Team Members and ensures the work is completed
- Check in fuel deliveries, as required
- Properly operates the cash register and gets change for Fuel Team Members, as needed
- Handles customer complaints
- Completes all required shift reports and achieves shift objectives
- Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Fuel Leader timely
- Practice Loss Prevention policies
- Completion of required training programs and learning activities
- Personal behaviors must align with QuickChek’s values
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to maintain QuickChek grooming and hygiene standards
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English
