- Establish the overall plan for the implementation of the Qatarization programs to support the National Plan in providing job opportunities for local talents in the job market of various sectors.
- Develop programs and implement the Qatarization Plan in line with corporate Talent Planning to support and achieve the ongoing Organizations initiatives to attract, develop, motivate, and retain qualified Qatari talents.
- Provide directions in the selection and recruitment of Qatari National talents and fresh graduates in coordination with the Recruitment Officer in order to achieve the Qatarization targets.
- Organise events to recruit local talents or participate with external parties in events such as; the Open Day at educational institutions and Career Fairs to support Qatarization activities as well as the recruitment of Nationals from both local and overseas educational institutions through social media.
- Collaborate together with the Recruitment officer in maintaining and coordinating Qatarization Recruitment Portal activities, compile and inspect applications received for further processing.
- Become one of the Secretariat for the Qatarization Committee to coordinate the execution of Qatarization implementation plans to ensure our client meets the Qatarization targets.
- Conduct data analysis and workforce planning of the Qatarization program and prepare reports for Management on Qatarization activities ensuring that all relevant data and information are recorded and accounted for.
- Organise the developmental programs of all National staff including the fresh graduates for their succession and career plans working together with the Talent Management team in ensuring the future manpower requirements are met. Monitor the progress of their performances and career development.
- Ensure compliance with the HSE rules and regulations.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as required by the Head of Section or Supervisor.
- Bachelor in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a reputable university.
