Join our team at a leading global provider of engineered electronics. We are currently seeking an ERP-Epicor Analyst to join the team at our client's Olathe, Kansas facility. This facility specializes in the design and manufacture of custom magnetic products and assemblies, boasting 65 years of experience in delivering unique harsh-environment solutions for mission-critical applications.Role Overview And Responsibilities:Position Scope:
The ERP-Epicor Analyst will serve as a technology-focused senior consultant dedicated to improving business processes and efficiencies across various sites in the US. This role is instrumental in identifying, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class manufacturing practices and technologies related to business analytics. Are you looking to be a mentor?   • Lead the design and propose cutting-edge technological approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking.
  • Assist with site upgrades, transitions, and integrations throughout the US, essentially leading ERP projects and targeted process synergies.
  • Align processes and procedures from various TT sites to ensure best practices throughout the business.
  • Take ownership of data and constantly improve its quality and integrity;proactively identify data quality issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams and/or software provider to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop and document business processes and workflows and analyze how the ERP, and new tools and solutions, can be delivered to support those processes and workflows.
  • Provide analytic support, including dashboard creation and management, basic descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, find their root cause, and implement corrective actions to resolve them permanently.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of analytic tools (including the ERP and Power BI).
  • Analyze systems performance and outcomes to maintain and improve the efficiency of analytic systems.
  • Manage company data requests including API connections, mapping, importing, and exporting of data to ensure consistent, correct, and safe transfer of information.
  • Participate and contribute to various IT projects throughout the facility.
  • Other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, And Attributes:Core Competencies:
  • Extensive experience with Epicor software required. Epicor 10
  • Possess analytical ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces using creative thinking, analysis, and fact-based data collection.
  • Adept at building trusting relationships while motivating/influencing others to adopt new best practices.
  • Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, and knowledge of Key Performance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Qualifications And Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience working within an ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System is a plus.
