DescriptionOur Client, a non-for-profit organization is hiring a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecast analysis, preparing reports, operational day- to-day transactions, and providing valuable insights to drive financial performance and sustainability.Responsibilities:

Perform Monthly Balance Sheet reviews with comments on key drivers of variances vs actions on reconciling items.
Perform monthly Income Statement reviews by Department/Location with comments on key driver's vs Approved Budget/Forecast.
Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting to conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Sr. Financial Analyst in the design and development of standardized monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analytics.
Responsible cash management
Manage documentation to comply with local and federal regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
5+ years of financial analysis experience
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Previous experience in a non-for-profit organization nice to have.
