KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Perform thorough numerical analysis to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and assess performance against established benchmarks.
· Conduct detailed variance analysis to understand discrepancies and offer recommendations for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing financial expertise to strategic decision-making.
· Develop and maintain strong business partnerships to ensure alignment between financial goals and organizational objectives.
· Assess risks and identify opportunities within financial processes, providing proactive recommendations to enhance overall financial well-being.
· Demonstrate leadership in budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Collaborate with department heads to set realistic financial targets and monitor performance against the budget.
· Showcase proficiency in creating and utilizing personalized templates for financial analysis, streamlining processes, and improving the efficiency of financial reporting.
· Exhibit a commitment to punctuality and detail-oriented work, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
· Uphold high standards of data integrity and precision in all financial processes.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- Must be a CPA.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a focus on commercial finance and business partnering.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is essential.
- Proven track record of success in financial analysis, planning, and decision support.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and drive business results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
