- As Client Director, you will cultivate strong client partnerships, prioritizing mutually beneficial outcomes to drive revenue growth for our Digital Media practice within the Tech / Telco vertical.
- Strong experience selling Programmatic Media (Display, CTV, Media and Video, with a focus on Digital Strategy.
- Utilize comprehensive business acumen to identify client needs and customize Digital Media solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Lead internal teams in developing and delivering objective-based solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Apply consultative approaches and creative problem-solving to craft tailored sales solutions that address clients' unique challenges and opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day account activities both internally and externally, fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders across partner strategy, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance, and decision-making units within client organizations.
- Develop a profound understanding of the Tech and Telecom landscape to provide competitive and meaningful solutions that effectively address client needs.
- Negotiate with key decision-makers and influencers to achieve positive outcomes for Digital Media and our clients.
- Establish a roadmap for long-term success, aiming to cultivate client satisfaction, growth, and trust while striving to become the client's trusted advisor.
- Responsible for managing a $15 - $20-million-dollar book of business.
- Sit on location with agency partners, fulfilling a client-facing role.
- Travel once per quarter to onsite/local clients, industry events, and Epsilon for team engagement.
- Seek candidates with experience in both agency and client environments.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing digital campaigns within the Tech and Telecom vertical, demonstrating a track record of renewing and growing revenue from existing clients.
- Proven track record in selling Digital and Programmatic solutions to clients within the Tech and Telecom Vertical.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through the sale of Digital and Programmatic advertising solutions.
- Experience in articulating the value proposition of Digital and Programmatic offerings to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Digital advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges, DSPs, DMPs, and ad verification technologies.
- Proficient in understanding and leveraging first-party data to drive targeted marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance within the Teach and Telecom vertical
- Track record of developing and executing successful Digital and Programmatic sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Over 10 years of professional sales and marketing experience, preferably within client management, ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency roles.
- Proficiency across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities, drive new business, and address market gaps.
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling approaches.
- Strong business and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication with all levels of the organization.
- Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
- Knowledgeable in marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication across all levels of an organization.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and client development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Bachelor's degree required, with a strong academic record preferred. MBA considered a plus.
