Job SummaryThe Hospitality Trainer is responsible for training any new assigned Hospitality Assistant. These duties include delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, speaking the menu using the BME, replenishing nutrition rooms, and delivering snacks, while providing individualized assistance to each patient.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience RequiredEducation/Licensure/CertificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.ExperienceMinimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred.One year experience as a Hospitality Assistant is preferred.Additional Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skills required. Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling.
