Pop-Up Shop Management:
- Set up and break down pop-up displays, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting presentation.
- Posts creative and engaging content on social media to build brand awareness
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries to ensure our products are well-represented and promoted.
- Collaborate with dispensary staff to schedule product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional events.
- Act as the face of our brand, embodying its values and mission at all times.
- Educate consumers about our products, their benefits, and the unique qualities that set us apart in the cannabis market.
- Identify opportunities for participation in industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics and represent the brand at various events to enhance visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide training to dispensary staff and other stakeholders on our product offerings.
- Gather feedback from customers, dispensary partners, and the community to relay valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Ensure that all displays and promotional materials are well-stocked, organized, and compliant with regulations.
- 21+ years of age
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role in the cannabis industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
- Familiarity with local cannabis regulations.
- Reliable transportation
