- Lead and supervise a maintenance crew of 3-6 technicians through all levels of
inspections, 5000 landing inspections, engine changes and discrepancy trouble
shooting. At times will work multiple aircraft. * Manage labor hours, materials and crew members efficiently. Responsible for the ontime completion of their work orders while maintaining attention to detail, excellent
customer service and quality workmanship. * Working with the Shop Foreman, keeps customers up to date on the status of theiraircraft. As time permits, learns on the job the duties and responsibilities of the Shop
Foreman. * Working with Human Resources, participates in the interviewing and selection of theirstaff. Writes and delivers effective employee performance evaluations and conducts
counseling sessions with crew members as needed. * Responsible for the on-going development and training of their staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years Gulfstream maintenance experience any model GII through G550
inspections, able to perform engine run up. * Airframe and Power plant License Required, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must qualify as an Inspector.
- 1 year of supervisory experience required.
- Basic knowledge of operating a personal computer or laptop.
- Knowledge of job-specific machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
