- Assist our clients in identifying strategic opportunities based on the extraction, integration, and activation of their business and campaign data.
- Develop and coordinate advanced digital analytics, data integration, and technology projects applied to digital marketing and advertising environments.
- Lead the agency's Adtech and Martech initiatives (digital analytics, BI, AdOps, DMPs, DSPs, CDPs, Lead Tracking, Automations...)
- Build advanced technological solutions, both for our clients and for internal optimization.
- Devise and develop platforms for the integration of omnichannel interactions.
- Adapt the service offering to market trends (Cookieless environment, GA4...)
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on multiple websites.
- Collect and analyze data identify trends and insights related to website performance.
- Develop and implement KPIs for tracking user behavior and conversion rates (CRO).
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure tracking and reporting requirements are met.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website and app performance.
- Provide recommendations for improving user experience and driving conversions based on data analysis.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in Analytics.
- High technical communication skills with clients (CMO, CTO)
- Preparation and defense of commercial proposals for the area.
- Collaborative person with other areas to favor transversal projects.
- Experience with the entire Google environment (GMP, Google Cloud, Big Query...)
- Passionate about data and technology
- Proactive, ability to innovate and propose solutions to clients.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in data and analytics/technology teams
- Technical degree in computer science, telecommunications, systems or relevant similar experience.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Previous experience in an agency, consultancy or technological solution (Adtech, Martech).
