Chatmeter is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager who understands that while the data they leverage is essential to impacting down-line business growth, there's more to the job than just the numbers.The ideal candidate will understand how marketing operations impacts business objectives and will implement systems and processes that directly improve demand generation and the marketing funnel as a whole.This person takes a holistic approach to execution, measurement, iteration, and optimization. While they must be detail oriented, and obsessive about data hygiene and systems/processes, they will also work closely with every function within marketing and revenue operations and must have a comprehensive understanding of GTM.Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, they will ideally bring some experience in that realm as well.**We actively support remote work in the United States with a focus on candidates in states we currently operate in:California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Louisiana, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and Idaho**What You'll Do:
  • Own end-to-end operational support for our marketing and business development efforts, including providing guidance in the ideation and planning phase and measuring results.
  • Own marketing reporting and campaign performance analysis, including defining and implementing reporting and dashboards to effectively measure marketing and sales performance.
  • Maintain and optimize our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) including but not limited to all workflows, lists, fields, forms, and integrations.
  • Drive lead management, scoring and routing to ensure our leads are assigned to the right person at the right time, including recommending and implementing improvements to our lead nurturing and scoring strategies.
  • Own all things “data”, including defining and managing our approach to data capture, enrichment and hygiene, as well as establishing effective processes to ensure critical data is made readily accessible and being leveraged by marketing, SDR and sales teams for maximum impact.
  • Assist with the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology systems and integrations.
  • Optimize and audit existing systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports and alerts for customer engagement and Operational performance.
  • Measure team-wide efficiency using our marketing tech stack
  • Provide valuable insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Review, update, and create processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Understand objectives for each campaign and advise on the best way to optimize and enhance customer journeys, segmentation, and content personalization.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to standard processes and quality standards.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Power user of both Hubspot and Salesforce. Candidates who have certifications in either or both of these technologies will be considered exceptionally qualified.
  • Understanding of mid-market/enterprise SaaS sales motions and marketing best practices
  • Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities coupled with the ability to present data-driven narratives to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy - able to understand and implement system architecture
  • Clear and emotionally intelligent communicator.
  • A zest for strategy as well as execution- you can ideate, plan, execute, report, and iterate.
$100,000 - $140,000 a yearThe annual salary for this position is $100,000 - 140000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
