- Analyses data and makes recommendations to improve or maintain work flow; sets processing variables; observes control points and equipment; monitors personnel and resources; identifies and implements cost reductions; develops reporting procedures and systems; facilitates corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiates and cultivates a spirit of collaboration within and between departments
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment with regard to regulatory guidelines while assisting team members in applying these principles to functional work.
- Initiates the process of continuous improvement for functional group and assess opportunities for process change.
- Analyses and develops supporting data to offer recommendations pertaining to raw material usage, inventory levels and effect on output efficiencies.
- Support implementation of programs to ensure compliance with Company EHS polices, Company Safety Rules and regulatory requirements
- Leads preventative maintenance of processes by troubleshooting equipment, machinery, facilities and systems. Conducts regular inspection tours of buildings, equipment, and systems.

- High School diploma or G.E.D required. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience leading people, mechanical maintenance or electrical maintenance, etc.
- Experience leading production employees in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in a FDA regulated work environment.
- Prior experience in tobacco, beverage or food industry preferred
