- Take responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Lead, motivate and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training.
- Carry out assessments, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
- Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect, striving for continuous improvement in care standards.
- An annual salary of £60,000 – £66,000.
