- Creates quotations for all services and spare
- Process PO place order or inform the service team to proceed for the intervention
- Track actual vs PO, communicate with customer to prepare flowless invoices
- Generate and send invoices
- Insure SAP data are accurate
- Monitor and manage tool entitlement change, Ibase attributes
- coordinate with Sales admin team to create warranty or POES contract on time to ensure proper revenue flow, internal and external
- Primary responsible to gather and report data on service billable backlog and revenue forecast : BRI, rejection, contract forecast, billable forecast, spare backlog ….
- In charge of collecting necessary justification for exception to SOX and other internal process and rules
- Able to update weekly dashboard (booking and revenue) as well as quarterly results for QBR
- Assist CSE with CRM if needed
- Support Service management team with data reporting, guideline for approval, system limitation etc….
- Ability to run multiple projects with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of managers, service engineers, sales and other admins.
