Job Title: Product OwnerLocation: SandyfordWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our clients dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will be the bridge between the business stakeholders and development teams, translating customer requirements into actionable user stories and prioritizing product backlogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building innovative products.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Translate customer requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate product functionality and usability.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and techniques.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.

**Candidate's must hold EU citizenship or stamp 4 visa to be considered for the role.
