- Manage a portfolio of applications with a centralized team of developers, could architects/engineers, QA, and DevSecOps engineers.
- Provide leadership, and oversight and ensure the team meets the proposed schedule.
- identify risks, issues, and mitigation approaches and keep customers informed through weekly and monthly briefings
- Work with the team in developing business and enterprise architecture strategy, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and define business processes, information flows, and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint, ensuring it aligns with industry standards, security protocols, and scalability requirements.
- Design and oversee the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), Power BI, and Dynamics365
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications, ensuring compatibility and interoperability with Power Platform.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems through the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP or Agile Certification is a must.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in program/project management roles with a focus on Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, and the ability to apply architectural principles and best practices to real-world scenarios.
- Proficient in evaluating business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and developing architectural designs that address complex business needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring junior architects and development teams.
- Solid knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance as they pertain to enterprise architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and collaborate with client and other stakeholders when required.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred Microsoft Azure or other Microsoft Certifications
