- Work closely with business and IT teams to analyze and understand our HubSpot CRM platform, processes, and training needs
- Design and develop engaging training programs and materials on various CRM features including contact management, pipeline tracking, account management, marketing automation, reporting, and more
- Deliver effective classroom and virtual training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization on proper use of the CRM platform
- Evaluate and measure training program success, participant retention/mastery of concepts, program ROI, and opportunities for future improvement
- Foster more effective CRM adoption across the organization through continual training reinforcement
- Observe sales workflows, identify CRM knowledge gaps, and offer real-time guidance on how reps can more effectively utilize CRM tools and data to progress deals through the pipeline
- Conduct 1:1 virtual coaching, screensharing, and walkthroughs to reinforce CRM learning for individual sales reps
- Provide personalized CRM coaching for sales representatives who need or request extra support
- Keep updated on new platform features to incorporate into ongoing sales coaching and training reinforcement
- 5+ years experience as a CRM trainer in a corporate environment
- In-depth hands-on experience with major CRM platforms including HubSpot
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and development of customized training programs
- Exceptional relationship building skills to establish trust and rapport as an advisor
- Patient and encouraging developmental coaching approach
- Data-driven evaluation of training efficacy and participant adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel 10 to 15%
