- Prepare and cook food in at hibachi tables in the dining room and in front of guests.
- Ensure Company recipes are made to specification.
- Prepare food to Company specification.
- Maintain proper par levels of food.
- Maintain proper rotation of food.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining an “A” from health department.
- Receive and store products.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Work with the General Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience preferred performing a live cooking show in front of guests, will train.
- Ability to perform and entertain in front of guests.
