FUNCTION : Commercial APAC LOCATION : Chandigarh , India JOB TYPE : Permanent GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Create demand for the products and achieve the targets of sales and receivables.Implement the marketing strategies and ensure that both top line and bottom line is achieved. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Budgeting and planning : Prepare and continuously update data on primary and secondary channel partners & market information. Identify and prioritize the markets and segments for deployment of resources. Analyze and foresee the future market trends and prepare sales budget in line with the growth objectives to continuously improve market share. Prepare detailed sales plan calendarized at primary customer level. Plan the secondary sales with each distributor with calendarization for their customers. Ensure that both Vector products and Professional Pest Management products are planned and focused appropriately. Distribution Net work: Analyze the distribution reach and penetration and take actions by adding or consolidating the distribution network to have adequate reach and penetration in each important market. Exercise the stake holder management practices to keep the customers engaged and motivated. Making availability of Envu products in each corner of the territory through distributor/dealer network Sales and receivables : Implement the marketing strategies to build Envu brand across the value chain and generate demand from the end users. Arrange product promotions, training programs and promote new product & display product efficacy by product demonstrations. Aid liquidation of the product sold. Achieve the sales objectives in all the key products as per the calendarised plan by implementing the selling strategies to suit the target segment. Scan / identify business developments and convert the opportunities into business while ensuring corporate compliance. Communicate the sales incentive/promotional schemes to the customers and document the same; monitor the sales progress to get maximum benefits from the schemes. Assign appropriate credit limit to the customers and ensure operations within the credit limit without any loss of sales on account of credit limit. Ensure payment by the customers within agreed/budgeted credit period. Monitor & guide distributor to ensure business transaction in a compliant way. Ensure that the Project Officers are utilized as per the company policy and requirements to increase the sales. Communication & Learning: Monthly reporting of sales and collection, next month sales plan, market knowhow of public domain & provide timely & continuous feedback to the HQ of the important event. Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills to meet the changing requirements of the market and customers by exposing self to appropriate training programs and self-initiative. Share the best practices and the success stories with the rest in the organization for the benefit of all.
