Country Financial Controller with focus on accounting (Service office Prague)

• Preferable university degree in Finance or Economics.
• 5-7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting and local legislation.
• Experience in larger international structure, strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions.

• Combination of attention to detail as well as ability to see the bigger picture and orientate oneself in complexity.
• Good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their application in business context.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good analytical skills and structured thinking.

• Serving as the point of contact in all matters related to Finance-Controlling and Accounting
• Report financial information internally and externally as required
• Support during liaising with auditors to ensure alignment with legal requirements regarding statutory statements
• Act as a true business partner advising on financial implications of strategies
• Participation on projects focusing on tax and reporting impact of the projects
• Communication with external tax advisor
• Solving financial tasks as such as liquidity planning, securing loan contracts, bank guarantees
• Communication with bank and Treasury dept.
• Prepare standard or ad-hoc financial reports
