- Drives alignment of partner goals and strategies with HP business priorities across category and marketing organizations.
- Owns partner GTM program & funding negotiation.
- Owns global partner GTM budget allocation to market category, global category, and GTM Marketing.
- Manages jointly aligned KPIs such as unit, revenue, mix targets.
- Tracks and actions initiatives to ensure full GTM funding utilization.
- Drives iterate process improvements to ensure GTM execution agility and reduce program complexity.
- Leads recurring partner planning and GTM execution meetings at global level.
- Commonly interfaces with executive/VP level leadership.
- Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
- University or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Partner, industry, sales, channel and/or program management experience.
- Typically 8+ years of professional experience with a combination of Category Management, Marketing, Business Planning, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing.
- Experienced in cross functional team leadership, including directing virtual teams.
- Mastery in negotiation skills and ability to clearly articulate product/program/initiative value proposition to alliance partners
- Agile Methodology
- In-depth knowledge of industry and customer segments and demand generation programs with strong partner focus.
- Financial planning and modeling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting
- Blends creative out of the box thinking with actionable operational rigor (from strategy to execution)
- Ability to interface effectively with executive management across different functions
- Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
